Utilizing polyurethane, this product offers considerable benefits over the more economical, water-based gravel binders. Polyurethane binders provide enhanced resilience and sustain their structural integrity over extended periods. In contrast to water-based binders, which necessitate regular reapplication due to their reduced strength, this binder delivers a durable, long-lasting solution. Gravel-Lok is a Polyurethane Based Gravel Binder.
Why it matters: Polyurethane binders perform far better long term than low-cost water based gravel binders. Additionally, due to their decreased strength, water based binders are not suitable for regular foot or vehicular traffic without frequent re-application.

Driveway Application Note:
Gravel-Lok can be used on driveways, however the cost is typically much higher than pouring asphalt or concrete. Gravel-Lok cannot be applied to an existing driveway surface as additional underground support products are required.
